As humans life get's tough, and a lot of the time we think we have hit our full capacity. Our bodies and our mind are capable of so much more. Do not put a cap on your potential and be like everyone else. When everyone else stops, that is when you keep pushing. This tee was created to remind ourselves to always go one step harder. Whether that be in the gym, when you can't push any harder and are shaking, do one more rep. This life is a mental game and we are capable of so much more than we think.
